Hilo-based Waiakea Hawaiian Volcanic Water has launched in Japan through two major retail chains, Lawson convenience stores and Seijo Ishii specialty grocery shops.

The distribution deal puts Waiakea in front of Japanese consumers at scale, adding a significant international market to the brand's existing footprint.
