Shopping at IKEA just got a little easier for Hawaiʻi residents.

IKEA has expanded its small-item shipping service to include Hawaiʻi, allowing customers to order eligible products online and have them delivered directly to their home addresses. Until now, many shoppers relied on freight forwarders or mainland shipping services to access IKEA products.

The new option applies to smaller items such as home accessories, kitchenware, organization products, textiles, lighting, and select décor. Large furniture and oversized items are not included and still require alternative shipping arrangements.

While Hawaiʻi remains without a physical IKEA store, the expanded shipping service gives residents more direct access to thousands of products without the added hassle and cost of routing orders through a third party.

The change is welcome news for local shoppers, small businesses, and homeowners who have long sought more affordable access to IKEA's popular home furnishings. It also reflects the company's continued effort to expand online shopping options for customers in locations without nearby retail stores.

Customers can check product availability and shipping eligibility by entering a Hawaiʻi delivery address during checkout on IKEA's website.
