MC&A is one of the most established destination management companies in Hawaii, running incentive programs, corporate meetings, conventions, and large-scale events across the islands. DMC work is the invisible layer of Hawaii's business tourism economy: airport greetings, ground transportation, venue sourcing, entertainment, and the logistics of moving a few hundred visiting employees around an island chain without anything going wrong. MC&A maintains its own event inventory for rent and operates out of a Kalakaua Avenue office in Waikiki.
