Waikiki Brisket opened in January 2026 inside the Paina Lanai food court at Royal Hawaiian Center, a new concept from the owner of homegrown burger chain Teddy's Bigger Burgers. The idea is Texas-style barbecue crossed with local tastes: beef brisket is the centerpiece, showing up in sandwiches, cheesy melts, tacos, birria, loco moco, and rice bowls. Self-ordering kiosks keep the line moving. Open daily from 10am to 9pm.
